A fabulously rich experience. Vinified in a huge 2200 litre oak barrel and made from a perpetual reserve. This wine embraces the palate completely. Loads of dried tropical fruits, nuts and an incredible smokey, toasty palate. The finish carries that smokey note and adds some lovely saltiness.

Another producer that we came across on one of our many visits. They work with a number of cuvées and we adore the exotic, aromatic style that they create. The Blanc de Noirs is one of our go to Blanc de Noirs and the Anna T is a rich, Chardonnay driven wine using spontaneous yeast in barrels.
