Aurelie and Loic set out back in 2010 to create a beautifully expressive wine from the far southern reaches of the region of Champagne. The village of Villenauxe la Grande sits at the very southern reaches of the CĂ´te de SĂ©zanne and holds mostly Chardonnay. They are now fully organic and create amazingly tense, complex and pure wines.
