Nice juicy front end. Ripe wild strawberries, a touch of cream. The palate delivers that fruit with just enough grip to keep you attention. As it opens it shows a good little autolytic play. Good sweetness and length. Textured, and that bitter note links with the sugar really nicely.

Another producer that we came across on one of our many visits. They work with a number of cuvées and we adore the exotic, aromatic style that they create. The Blanc de Noirs is one of our go to Blanc de Noirs and the Anna T is a rich, Chardonnay driven wine using spontaneous yeast in barrels.
