Based in Bouzy and made from the same family that brought you Champagne Bonnaire. They work with vineyards both in Bouzy and some of the staple within the Bonnaire range: Cramant, Bergeres les Vertus, Cuis and Fossoy. The wines show a harmonious and fruity side to the village; bright with a lovely sugar balance throughout.Â
