Oudiette X Filles Uni Terre
The third release of Uni Terre has a wonderfully elegant and rich nose. The first sip reveals oodles of citrus fruits alongside this lovely little reductive lift. There is great layering and texture to the palate with nice salinity and depth on the mid to late, whilst the finish reveals this beautifully dark and aromatic depth. In my view, another step up in quality from the previous incarnations.

Having brought on Maxime Oudiette in 2021, we subsequently heard about another 'Oudiette' brand making waves in the Petit Moran. Margot and Charlotte are cousins of Maxime and, in 2014, joined their mother, Florence, in managing their 2.5ha holdings in Beaunay and Celles les Condes. They began vinifiying their first bottles in 2017 and four years later, their first cuvée, Uni Terre, was born.
