Oudiette X Filles Composition

A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from two plots, Les 'Bas Vigny' and Les 'Sablonnières' in the Petit Morin. The nose is really vibrant with violets and honey. The palate is well-poised – fresh and crisp but with plenty of juicy dark fruit adding weight. Tense and edgy and super drinkable!

House Profile

Having brought on Maxime Oudiette in 2021, we subsequently heard about another 'Oudiette' brand making waves in the Petit Moran. Margot and Charlotte are cousins of Maxime and, in 2014, joined their mother, Florence, in managing their 2.5ha holdings in Beaunay and Celles les Condes. They began vinifiying their first bottles in 2017 and four years later, their first cuvée, Uni Terre, was born.
